First of all you will have the membership of India’s Premier Body of Tourist Transport Operators.

Today Indian Tourist Transporters Association is being treated at par with all major trade associations like IATO, TAAI, FHRAI, HAI, TAFI, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM etc. by Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and other related Ministries as far as policy formation is concerned and our views, suggestions and issues are considered favourably.

First time in the history Indian Tourism, our long-standing demand for imparting training to the drivers and support staff was accepted by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and more than 750 drivers we trained during the last year at HIPA, Gurgaon and certificates were issued to them. Being an ITTA member you have a platform to resolve your business related issues like complaints against suppliers, non-payment of dues by clients and similar issues. Through regular get-togethers and Conventions, you will get exposure to the trade and continuous interaction with the Tourism Fraternity.

We always suggest travel agents, tour operators, corporate, government departments or any commercial vehicle users to use ITTA members only for Reliability, punctuality, better rates and high quality services, where a forum is available to put forward your problems related to service standards. Indian Tourist Transporters Association is a registered national body of ‚ÄúTourist Transport Operators‚ÄĚ, who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and are solely involved in providing surface transport facilities to the foreign/domestic tourists.

ITTA was formed in late sixties and was reinforced in 1987 to put forward grievances, suggestions and demands to the various Ministries, Departments and Government/Semi-Government Bodies and also to work in co-ordination with other trade associations like IATO, TAAI, and FHRAI Government of India, as well as State Governments, have approved Indian Tourist Transporters Association to represent tourist transport operators in India and we are actively participating in policy making, recognition of tourist transport operators, as well as, other important activities connected with tourism.
